Every day visits*
From Moose, Goose, and Orb Weaver
All seized by Haiku

"Why moose and goose?" you may ask. Back on 2/04/13 Pirate wrote a haiku with an elk in it, and I responded with
one with a moose and then included him every day. A few days later in comments Mystic asked "Where's the goose?"
So I started including her with this post on 2/07. A week later on the 14th, Mark Readfern
asked for and received a spider. The rest is history.

*Well, most days, anyway. Grant me a bit of poetic license.

Carpe Diem #162

  1. Love your addition about Mom and bond between moose and goose. Probably the men will have more connection to your twin envy. haha ;-O

  2. And how does your aunt feel about your observation? :)

    Cactus Blossom Twins

  3. I really like quite a few of these.

  4. Mystic -

Fortunately, my not-quite-91-year-old aunt does not read this blog. As I think it through, it's probably also fortunate that her slightly younger twin sister does not either.

  5. I have to admit I found this prompt to be extremely challenging.

  6. Wow what a great set jb you slayed it today!

  7. I do like Gemini even with the qualities you mentioned above... Love your haiku. ;-)

  8. Very nice series JzB, I love the one about your mom. Thank you for sharing these with Carpe Diem.

  9. Wow, you're on form today...a prompt close to your heart?

  10. thanks for the explanation of moose, goose & spider - and mom! :)

  11. There's a good twin in every bunch
    nice combo for Gemini
tho I must say we can be very faithful with the right lover...

  12. '2 of you in one body' - absolutely! and I love what you wrote about your mom....

  13. These are amazingly clever. Love the nod to baseball season.
