A wonderful set... and the first one really brought joy to me.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed all. Knowing you are the "old man" brings a different meaning to me for those haiku. I was wondering how "he" came to be. I find joy in beauty of nature and grandbaby. Soon to be an expanded list.
ReplyDeleteI think I got the idea of the old man character from something Mystic did. He isn't exactly me - but a fictional character drawn from me.
ReplyDeleteyes, joy is golden, isn't it...
ReplyDeletei love the last one :-) Though as we all know, nothing gold can stay....
ReplyDeleteI can picture moose and goose frolicking in the wilderness And I want to be there too!
ReplyDeleteWhat a joy to read your haiku series ... it feels almost as I look at my life. Nicely done.
