His jaw is along the water
The outcropping is his nose
The shadow defines his profile
The trees along the top are his head dress

I never want to fight! I'd rather enjoy your blog! Love your haiku about the challenge of life. Cheers!
ReplyDeletewow,
ReplyDeletemany witty poetics.

The jutting rock looks like the profile of some very determined ancient needing to keep his presence known and felt.
ReplyDeleteThis face is almost (sorry!) as good as the Old Man of the Mountain in New Hampshire, which crumbled a few years ago. Good to see you at SSS2!
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful shot.
ReplyDeleteIt is like a head. Hairstyle rocks! :)
ReplyDeleteWow! That is no doubt, an Indian head! Much like the one on the nickel. Thank you for leaving a nice poem at my blog too-it was perfect!
