Every day visits*
From Moose, Goose, and Orb Weaver
All seized by Haiku

"Why moose and goose?" you may ask. Back on 2/04/13 Pirate wrote a haiku with an elk in it, and I responded with
one with a moose and then included him every day. A few days later in comments Mystic asked "Where's the goose?"
So I started including her with this post on 2/07. A week later on the 14th, Mark Readfern
asked for and received a spider. The rest is history.

*Well, most days, anyway. Grant me a bit of poetic license.

Carpe Diem # 127 -- Courage

"Robb says the man died bravely, but Jon says he was afraid."
"What do you think?" his father asked.
Bran thought about it.  "Can a man still be brave if he's afraid."
"That is the only time a man can be brave," his father told him.

Carpe Diem # 127

  1. Variety reigns in your haiku ~ still love the moose glad he is about to save the goose ~ ^_^

  2. great set on different kinds of courage here.. i specially liked the "Stammer out the words
She says yes" ^^ takes a lot of courage i bet ^^ but quite rewarding

  3. Chuckles, ever so witty, JzB! Courtship can bring wonderful feelings!

  4. It takes a special kind of courage to stand up to the suits in the corner office!

  5. glad he bought her lunch them all

  6. Moose and Goose certainly seem to have this thing going. Could it be love? Even if it's not, I love them!

  7. I enjoyed reading all your haiku...
    especially liked the goose/moose one.

  8. I remember dialing the phone and stammering out the words, although I wish I didn't! :)

  9. Oh that first date, and the scary first call... Yes that's true courage.
