Every day visits*
From Moose, Goose, and Orb Weaver
All seized by Haiku

"Why moose and goose?" you may ask. Back on 2/04/13 Pirate wrote a haiku with an elk in it, and I responded with
one with a moose and then included him every day. A few days later in comments Mystic asked "Where's the goose?"
So I started including her with this post on 2/07. A week later on the 14th, Mark Readfern
asked for and received a spider. The rest is history.

*Well, most days, anyway. Grant me a bit of poetic license.

Carpe Diem #285, The Peace Within

~ 1 ~

how the poet writes
to purge those soul-bound daemons
finds the peace within

~ 2 ~

for MMT

 how anguished poets
emit those long plaintive wails
and then rest in peace

Carpe Diem #285

  1. Both feel like purging to me...peace after expression. Very nice.

  2. Oh dear...poet's anguish let loose! Will visit more shortly...!

  3. I identify with both of these :)

  4. It's always a struggle to find the inner peace. It's not easy for sure! Great pair of haiku JzB!

  5. Some of us write to purge, others purge to write! ;)

    Peace in Plums

  6. And still others should have their writing purged!

  7. So true... we feel a sense of peace when we have engraved our thoughts in these words. It is as if a burden has been taken off our heads.

  8. Wonderful reaction on The Peace Within JzB. Thank you for sharing.

  9. binging and purging - in the very best way possible.....

This is a fun blog. Light-hearted banter is welcome. Snark is not. If you want to fight, find my other blog.

Play nice, and we'll all have fun.

I like to return visit, when I can - but I need to find you. If you have multiple blogs, please leave a direct link to the appropriate post.
