Every day visits*
From Moose, Goose, and Orb Weaver
All seized by Haiku

"Why moose and goose?" you may ask. Back on 2/04/13 Pirate wrote a haiku with an elk in it, and I responded with
one with a moose and then included him every day. A few days later in comments Mystic asked "Where's the goose?"
So I started including her with this post on 2/07. A week later on the 14th, Mark Readfern
asked for and received a spider. The rest is history.

*Well, most days, anyway. Grant me a bit of poetic license.

Carpe Diem #152, Hanagumori (Blossom Haze)

~ 1 ~

haze of pink blossoms
i can't see the forest
for the flowers

~ 2 ~

lost in the fog
a pink haze surrounds us
do not be frightened

~ 3 ~

wide open petals
why have I lost my focus
i feel in the pink

~ 4 ~

moose and goose
untroubled by the pink haze
they are colorblind

~ 5 ~

pink haze no matter
tight focus on detail work
spider spins her web

  1. I wish Moose and Goose well as they continue their black-and-white-and-shades-of-grey peregrinations!
